Customized trees

  • At this time, customized trees are only available for delivery within 65 miles of Orange County, California, using a third-party delivery service not affiliated with design x MM.

  • In-stock trees are shipped within 3-5 business days after stabilization using flat-rate shipping of $200.

  • All items are shipped using a local home delivery service and will require signature upon delivery. Person accepting delivery must be at least 18 years of age.

  • We believe in the quality of our products and we want to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their order. If there’s something we can do, we’re happy to consider it. However, due to the custom nature of our botanicals, trees and room sprays cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Please verify all measurements before placing an order

  • 1-2 days before delivery, you will receive a call with a 2-4 hour delivery time frame. Time frames are routed geographically and cannot be changed.

Affiliate items

  • We cannot control quality and inventory of items purchased using the affiliate links on our website. Buyer agrees to purchase at their discretion

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
