3 PERFECT DAYS ON OAHU (FOR US.)

While this itinerary may not work for everyone, for my family (two kids aged 14 and 10) and I, it works perfectly. It’s exploring, taking in the natural beauty of the island, enjoying the local eats, and allows for plenty of downtime while we’re driving, while the stops in between the long drives are perfect when we all need a stretch!

Some of the obvious I haven’t listed here:

Snorkeling at Hanauma Bay (we’re not fans of snorkeling), but the bay itself is gorgeous and we’re always recommended to go here by not only our resort staff, but friends as well.

Hiking Diamond Head. I feel like my kids are not quite there yet, but definitely on my soon-to-do list.

If doing the Jurassic Park tour is on your to-do list, make sure to make reservations prior to your trip - those usually fill up fast especially if you’re only on the island for a few days.
